Free Telephonic Health Coaching: The telephone-based health coaching program includes weekly sessions up to 30 minutes, a review of lifestyle habits and medical history to establish a “starting point”, guidance using SharpBestHealth.com tools and trackers, web message center communication between sessions to keep you motivated, and educational articles specific to your individual goals.
There are five health coaching programs available:
- Smoking Cessation (For current smokers)
- Healthy Weight (For Individuals with a BMI of 25 or higher)
- Healthy Eating
- Physical Activity
- Stress Management
