Therese Haiss, originally from northeast Ohio is now an assistant coach at University of Toledo Cross Country/Track and Field.  She comes on the podcast to discuss growing up in Ohio,  transitioning from University of Arkansas to becoming a professional runner living in San Diego, how her mental health has improved since returning to Ohio, teaching her athletes to avoid some of her pitfalls, and why Cleveland is “The World’s Best Kept Secret.”
