Kirk A. Milhoan, MD, PhD, FACC, FAAP served 13 years in the Air Force as a pediatric cardiologist and flight surgeon. He is the medical director and co-founder, with his wife Kimberly D. Milhoan of For Hearts and Souls, a non-profit specializing in the international care of children with congenital heart disease. Kirk is also the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel South Maui, and with his wife have treated many patients with COVID-19 through their federally recognized free mobile medical clinic.
