Ashleigh shares background on personality traits and how they are formed, while Katie helps identify specific toxic traits with her three part system. Are you working through some toxic behavior yourself? Ashleigh provides an easy guide to working through your traits to become the best version of yourself. Does all of this seem a little generalizing? Katie touches on how the language we use to describe someone's behavior can be covered in ableism. Lastly, Ashleigh leaves the pair with a couple of questions to ponder on our own traits and experiences with others.
