Coco DISCONNECTS

Hi everyone !  Welcome to Coco Explains it All if you are new here! To those of you that have been tuning in I thank you again for you support! For this episode it is the shortest ever BUT with one of the most important messages. I am disconnecting this week from ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! Something I have never done. I have been on the internet every single day since Dial Up became a thing and I have to put ME and my Mental health first. And while I do so I had to remind my listeners that they too have to find the time to disconnect for the sake of your health and growth.  This pandemic has taught me to love myself fully and listen to my bodies needs.
