Today we will started our 4th Virtual Coaches Talk with sharing my thoughts of why i believe that it is better to train in yards than in long course even preparing for the Olympics Games. Just my thoughts through the experience I had as a swimmer and now as a coach.
We also chatted about the issues that coaches have about the water temperature in their pool and how to think about it and what to do about it. Awesome
