In our latest episode, Colton is live with Coach Joe Hubbard of East Central High School talking about the importance of focusing on building relationships with athletes in your program.

Coach explains how the initial goal he has as new players join the team is to invest time and love into each athlete. Another mentality that they focus on is becoming the best they can be, whether that be in the classroom, at home, or in school, they continually instill the "work hard, play hard" mentality.

Coach Hubbard challenges and raises the level for each of his players to see how they respond to a challenge with the hope of creating good habits and a powerful work ethic in life.

Coach continues to communicate the idea that as athletes, as coaches, as parents, we cannot change the hand we've been dealt in life, but we can control the way we play them.
