Mistakes are going to happen, in the game of life and in sports, and you have two options after making a mistake, you can either learn from it or be crushed by it. So many people try to live in such a way that they never make a mistake, but that's just not realistic.
How can you use that mistake to your advantage and not your advantage? Make it 1,000 mph. When you go into that mistake, you cannot let that mistake be an effort mistake. It's time to fail fast and realize what you DON'T need quicker so you can get what you DO need sooner!
