50. Knock Knock | Live at Vandergrift High School

In our latest episode of Coach360, Mackey is live with the Vandergrift high school football team. Mackey touches on several big ideas on success:

-Success is found internally before it is found externally
-Success is not simply defined by a scoreboard
-Success is built on a foundation of character
-Success is defined by your character.
-Success is defined by doing what is right in the right way because it's the right thing to do.

He also goes on the emphasize the importance of treating others as they are the most valuable person you've ever met: Treat others with respect, shake their hand, and look them in the eye. When you treat others will respect, they WILL notice, and when the most need it, they will lift you up.
