Debbie was named the Executive Director of Athletics for Katy ISD in 2012 after serving as an assistant athletic director in the district since 2005. Prior to entering into athletic administration, Debbie had been teaching/coaching since 1991 holding a Bachelor of Science degree from East Texas State University and a Masters of Education from Tarleton State University. Coach Decker earned her Principal Certification while at Tarleton State and is a Certified Athletic Administrator as recognized by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
