Coach Philip Young was the Yellow Jackets offensive coordinator before becoming Head Coach at Arlington Heights. Prior to that, he was the head coach at 4A Cleburne for 6 years. He was an offensive coordinator at Gainesville where they played in 2 state championship games. He has worked as an assistant at Rice University, University of North Texas and Denton Liberty Christian High School.

In this episode, Coach Young gives us some insight into how his mindset and attitude has evolved over his coaching years and shares a little bit about the legacy he hopes to leave.
