31. Everyone is a Leader with Coach Don DeLozier

Coach Don DeLozier is the head football coach and boys' athletic director at Hereford High School. He played collegiate football at The University of Texas at Arlington. In his career, Coach DeLozier has served as Defensive Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator, Assistant Head Coach, Head Basketball Coach, and Head Football Coach. Coach DeLozier is passionate about developing young athletes into successful men.

In this episode, Coach DeLozier tells us a little bit about what it's like coming home to coach at the high school you played for. He also presents the idea that everyone is a leader. Throughout his athlete's careers, he gives them all the opportunity to step into and embrace leadership.
