Today we have Coach Jamie Boswell on the podcast. Coach comes at us with a deep wealth of knowledge after over 30 years coaching. He is 3 weeks into his new role at Andrews High school as the Athletic Director. Coach explains the value of mentors on our lives and careers. He encourages us to show up every day with a Full Cup and be ready to pour out every drop for our kids and athletes. This mentality requires us to be truly selfless during a time when it's not very easy to be a coach or educator.
