Episode description

In our latest episode, Colton is live with Coach Kent Jackson from Seminole High School.

Coach Jackson talks about his program's mantra, TR1BE. Which stands for:
Trust
Respect
Integrity
Belief
Enthusiasm

Coach talks about replacing the i with a 1 representing one tribe, one unit, one mission. Coach dives in a little deeper on what exactly it means to have belief and do everything with enthusiasm.

Coach talks about going from a winning season to a losing season and how as coaches, they continually tried instilling confidence in their players throughout the drought. He talks about the character and bond that was built during that season and how it positively impacted the athletes.

Coach shares about a new program they started where they find male mentors to meet with them each Friday morning on gamedays to talk about sports, life, and everything in between.
