Coach Semler talks about the challenges his program faced, not only through the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, but also through different obstacles placed before his team throughout the season.
Throughout the uncertainty of the season, Coach made it a point to create and maintain a mindset that you do not lose in a season, in life, or in a game until you GIVE UP. When you lose at anything it's because you quit trying. That mentality is a recurring theme you can see throughout their season. Each game, every single player fought until the bitter end and gave it everything they had.
