US issues blunt message to Putin

US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin highlights new commitments from Germany, Canada, and others to get heavier weaponry to Ukraine, and makes clear a significant American strategy shift. The goal, he says, is to make sure Vladimir Putin not only loses in Ukraine, but that his military is significantly degraded in the process.
