The Supreme Court confirms the document leaked last night is authentic but is careful to note no decision is final until it's officially issued. But the 98 pages written by Justice Alito clearly lay out how the Conservative majority plans to overturn 50 years of legal precedent. He says the Constitution makes no reference to abortion and no such right is implicitly protected by any Constitutional provision.
