A Rare White House Retreat

Border czar Tom Homan is in Minnesota, where we are expecting him to meet in person today with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey following Homan's earlier meeting with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. It is all part of a big personnel and possible policy change after a second Minneapolis resident was shot and killed by federal agents. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino is going back to Texas, and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem appears to be taking a step back.
