Episode description

One of the reasons why students fail in exam is that they quoted the wrong terms or statutes. When you answer your CLP exam paper, make sure you use the right term, for example the civil matter jurisdiction for High Court is S23 of Courts Judicature Act while the act that governs sub courts is Subordinate Courts Act.  In this episode, I explain how do you actually link up between S23 CJA and O57 ROC. I can be contacted by adding my wechat account: dennisclp
