To be a good leader one should be a pragmatist, not an ideologue. Ideologues who are good leaders often become cult leaders.
Effort = Crazy work ethic.
Leadership = 1. Vision for change + 2. Ability to actualize it
Manager = Helping organise to get things done
Worker = Doing what they are told.
