Hi everyone. And welcome to episode 181 of the climate confident podcast. My name is Tom Raftery and today's episode is going to be a very short one. It's just to let you know that I am going on vacation for the next two weeks. So for the next two weeks, this week and next week, there are no episodes. As in, this is an episode, but there'll be no episode next week. The next episode of this podcast will drop on Wednesday, the 14th of August.
Okay. and, that'll be an episode with Elizabeth Thompson from Visions 2030, followed the week after, by an episode with Gagan Dhillon, from Synop. The following week Shravan Kumar from Gramener, the following week Devdut and Xavi from Mittilabs. So some great episodes coming up. Starting again on the 14th of August, but far today, Wednesday, July 31st. This is it.
And for next week, Wednesday, the 7th of August, no episode and back, as I mentioned, on Wednesday, the 14th, with the podcast starting again as normal with new episodes every week thereafter. If you are pining for, this podcast, wishing for more content. It's unlikely you've listened to every episode. So go back through the back catalog. There are some amazing episodes there.
Back in February, we had David Ceper on from Varda, Michael Bolton from EDF renewables, Michael Sheldrake from Global Citizen. You know, those were excellent episodes. As we make our way through the year, one of my favorite episodes this year was with Johan Pretorius and Paul Rowatt from Carbon is Money. That dropped on the 12th of March if I remember correctly, really, really interesting episode. Other episodes with Julia Salant from EcoVadis.
More recently, I had Yonatan Neril on talking about how religions can be used to motivate people to get into climate. If you didn't catch that one. Look out for it. It's a really good one. Go back and listen to it. Just a couple of weeks ago, Lina Fedirko from Climate Works, talking about electrifying transportation. Last week's one with Larry Selzer, from The Conservation Fund about using business and the money to preserve lands.
So. Some amazing episodes over the last few months, if you haven't heard them. Take this opportunity to go back listen to some of the ones you might've missed. And as I said, I've got those four excellent episodes coming up, starting again on the 14th now. It's time for me to get a little R&R. I'm going to rest for a little while. Have a couple of weeks off. See you on the other side.
