Special news broadcast: Jane Doe B-10 has been identified as 14 year old Wendy Stephens, a runaway from Colorado. Confirmed to have been a victim of the Green River killer. Gary Ridgway was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the premeditated murder of Wendy Stephens in 2003. At that time of sentencing her identity was unknown. In total Ridgway was convicted for the deaths of 48 women, 2 still remain unidentified.
