Hey World what up? Do you have a place you can go to in order to be renewed? Do you have a place you can go to for restoration? Do you have a place you can go to find some peace? Are you able to sit still in quietness? Well, it took me learning about replacement behaviors from my therapist's before I realized that I had a happy place that I could go to. Then I realized I have several happy spots where I can be for a refresher of the soul. Learning to sit still was also something my therapists guiding me in. the process of breathing, hmmm. So Interesting how that works. My challenge for you is to find a happy place and learn to sit still in quietness. It will help you clear the wreckage. Let's clear it together as we learn how having a happy place and sitting still in quietness will restore our souls and or minds. I don't know about you but I am here to clear the wreckage!!
