Make a list of 20 people or things that you are grateful for that have influenced your life in any way, big or small. It could be a person, a mentor, book, a teacher, a lover, a movie or anything or anyone who enriched your life.
Dive through your life and bring those positive influences into your awareness. Write down the name of the person or thing that touched you and maybe even the circumstance.
