I’m Starting a New Podcast

After a reflective journey spanning over 100 episodes and three years of "This or Something Better," I am thrilled to unveil the podcast's exciting rebrand as "Clean and Green Living" The podcast that helps you reduce your exposure to toxic chemicals through easy and affordable lifestyle changes. 

Set to launch next Tuesday, the show’s mission is to empower listeners with easy and affordable ways to reduce exposure to toxic chemicals, fostering a safer, healthier, and more sustainable lifestyle. 

Drawing on my 5.5 years as a Beautycounter Brand advocate, coupled with a background in physiology and two decades in consumer insights innovation, I merge passion and expertise to demystify the overwhelming task of navigating chemical exposure. 

Each week, the podcast will offer practical tips, innovative product solutions, and inspirational success stories.
