As we all take time off this week for thanksgiving to be with family and friends, we will let our guards down and show up fully as who we are. We will be our “authentic selves.”
Given how fast workplaces and cultures are changing—I can’t help but believe 2021 will be the year where intentional, authentic leadership will be more necessary than ever. To truly unleash innovation, creativity and solutions in a fast-changing and complex world, we can’t just rely on senior leaders to create inclusive spaces...we also need to have the courage to be fully who we are.
