I couldn’t be more excited to bring you this bonus episode with Amy Gerard who has become one of my favourite people to follow on Instagram. 

Amy has attracted a huge community of followers for painting a hilarious and refreshingly honest picture of life as the mother of three young children. She gives us a warts-and-all view into how motherhood changes EVERYTHING from your boobs, to your love life and the gloriously messy chaos of everything in between. 

But I think Amy’s real strength is in making the rest of us feel ok… by letting us have a laugh at her expense and showing us the perfectly imperfect truth of parenthood and marriage . It’s made so many of us feel less alone. 

In this conversation Amy gives us a peek behind the curtain into her life behind the instagram account, where she gets the confidence to create her content and choose what to share; the hard lesson she recently learned when she found the media spotlight on her for all the wrong reasons; and her personal confidence challenge she’s working on right now.
