As the Nevada 83rd legislative session continues multiple bills have been introduced in an effort to curb rising rent cost in the state and it has not been a clean process. With many of these bills missing their deadline to pass last week, 5 of them have made it through. In an effort to makes sense of this messy debate host Vogue Robinson is joined by Nevada Current Reporter and friend of the show Michael Lyle to break down the difference between rent control vs. rent stabilization and what do these bills mean for the residents of Las Vegas.
