Episode description

While Nevada legislators passed a law that could make your prescription meds cheaper, Governor Lombardo vetoed the measure late yesterday. Under AB250, the discounted rates that Medicare negotiates for some of the highest-need, most expensive drugs would have been available for all Nevadans. What could a law like this mean for Las Vegas, where pharmacy deserts abound, and could lawmakers bring it back next session? Co-host Vogue Robinson is joined by Nevada Current reporter Camalot Todd, who breaks it all down for us.
