Is The Vegas Loop Getting Stupider?

Despite years of reporting on safety oversights, environmental mishaps, and dodgy regulation, the Boring Co. doesn't seem to be slowing down: Now, the company wants approval from the Nevada Transportation Authority to let their Teslas use city streets (essentially operating as taxis) — and as the Nevada Current just reported, the proposal might not even get a public hearing.

So today, co-host Dayvid Figler sits down with transportation planning expert Ray Delahanty, AKA CityNerd, who just posted a video titled "The Vegas Loop Is Getting Progressively More Stupid." So — is that fair, or is that exactly what's happening?
