Something that every Houstonian can agree on is that potholes are the worst. Good thing we have Walter Hambrick on the job! (Assistant Director of the Houston Public Works Department.) He and his team even have a pothole “War Room” from which they rush to the battlefield each time a jarred Houstonian dials 3-1-1.
