Episode description

May 21 is the Idaho primary, and with early voting continuing through this Friday — have you made your plan to vote? While some high profile elections may be getting lots of coverage, local elections — including those for the three-person Ada County commission — have much more of an impact on our day-to-day lives. Today on City Cast Boise, host Lindsay Van Allen and executive producer Frankie Barnhill are breaking down two county commissioner races with big implications for our community.  For more on the Ada County commissioner candidates, check out the Idaho Statesman’s questionnaire and this Idaho Press article on the District 3 candidates.  Early voting ends on May 17; click here for info on where to vote early. You can also view your ballot in advance, and check your polling place if you choose to vote in-person on May 21.  Want some more Boise election news?
