One of Nampa’s most beloved taco trucks is celebrating their new storefront location in Boise this week. But not everyone is happy with the move. We’re revisiting a chat host Emma Arnold had with taco-aficionados Evelyn Avitia and Rebecca De León, who argue Boise has a long way to go in the taco department.
