Can an Abortion Ballot Initiative Work in Idaho?

A movement to restore abortion access in Idaho has achieved a major milestone. Idahoans United for Women and Families recently filed four voter initiative proposals with the state, aiming to let voter’s have a say about reproductive rights in 2026.
