Future Church: Soul Care

If you have been around a church long enough, then you may have heard that church staff members often experience burnout from their role on staff. Pastors are pressed with the difficult responsibility to not only take care of their own spiritual and mental health, but to also care for the spiritual and mental health of their staff. "Soul Care" is a term used to describe the concept of biblical stress relief and comfort that can help limit or prevent burnout, and help you to be the most effective member of the church that you can be.
