A lesser entry in José Ramón Larraz’s career has Cort trying to navigate a soft core porn mixed with anti satanist christian propaganda scare film.  Its got the atmosphere, the unknown herbal teas being consumed, as well as the strange sexual hangups as we saw in Symptoms, but lacks the basic story elements and is mired in tons of non consensual sexual encounters.

The PSYOPS lab is quick to assess every scene for whether or not this sex scene is okay to enjoy or a romanticized rape. Sad to say, most of this is more “fuck you movie” than “thank you movie”.
