Rudy Ray Moore Appreciation Series continues with 1977’s Petey Wheatstraw.  Matt once again proves that he is the self proclaimed moral center of the world and the ultimate authority of when white guilt is necessary (always and forever apparently).  The boys get pretty far off base on a lot of discussions as they try to spackle over many holes in plot and walk gently around racially insensitive jokes in the film.
