Why Do Christians Need Church?

In Christianity, it’s common to hear that our faith is all about a personal relationship with Jesus. But if that’s all we believe to be true, then why does the Bible make such a big deal about church, too? God’s word contains entire books written to churches, commandments for how to gather as a church, serve each other in the church, and grow the church. Clearly, God loves his church and wants you to love it, too.
