Episode description

Ordained Minister Dennis Hall and his guest Reverend Jim Murphy, Pastor of Christ Anglican Church in Cashiers, North Carolina share stories of miracles in contemporary times.  Famous miracles in the Old Testament are talked about along with their favorite miracle stories.  They point out that the resurrection and ascension of Jesus is the greatest miracle In the Scripture.  Dr. Hall identifies the changing of water into wine as a miracle aimed at the mundane signaling God is interested in interacting with us today in small matters. How God uses natural laws to achieve an outcome guides their discussion in defining what a miracle is. God's motivation in creating miracles is his desire to expand his Kingdom.
