Armor of God in an Evil World

Ordained Minister Dennis Hall and his guest Justin Bohner, Assistant Pastor of First Baptist Church Highlands, NC compare the evils in the first century to the evils of today. Their focus is on the teachings of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians chapter six. Paul is encouraging Christians to put on the full armor of God using a Roman soldier's battle attire to outline believers' means of defense when facing evil. Paul describes the Word of God as the sword, an offensive weapon when facing Satan's attacks. They end the podcast by acknowledging that prayer is the Christian's constant communication and contact with God. God has asked believers to combat the spiritual forces of evil and know that they are filled with the Holy Spirit, joined by God's warriors standing their ground, defending the truth, speaking boldly and praying for one another.
