I continue my look at top prospects in the 2021 NBA Draft with Evan Mobley, seven foot savant out of USC. I discuss Mobley's game in light of other "dependent" stars (dragons?!) whose ranks he hopes to join: Jaren Jackson Jr., Anthony Davis, and Kristaps Porzingis, and the development process I think he will need in order to get there.
