Standing in the shadows of my abuse.

In this weeks episode and in honor of Sexual Assault awareness month, I give my personal testimony from my own traumatic experience. I discuss my healing process and how I am now able to stand in my power and now allow my trauma to dictate my life during this journey. My hopes is that this episode brings more awareness in regards to Sexual assault as well as empower and motivate others to use their voice to stand in their power and not their pain.
