"My healing journey with chronic pain ft Serita Valmond”

This week, I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with certified life and chronic pain coach Ms. Serita Valmond. In this episode, we discussed Serita's healing journey after being diagnosed with chronic pain after being hit by a drunk driver. After being told by numerous doctors that there was nothing else that could be done for her treatment and tons of medication, Serita decided to take her healing into her own hands and learn ways to approach her health and pain management. 





Serita continues to work proactively to live a healthy lifestyle all while helping others to regain their own personal power over their lives to heal. As an advocate for men and women of the black community and POC, Serita strives on helping her clients and others to learn healthy holistic alternatives to their healing as well as support her clients through stress management, nutrition, mindfulness and so much more!
