"From trauma to triumph~ Healing from the inside out" ft Shermonica Slaughter

This week, I had the opportunity to sit down and speak with Shermonica Slaugher the host of "My Journey within Podcast." Shermonica is a 10-year survivor of Domestic Violence with a mission to Advocate for women and men who are victims of Domestic Violence, her life goal is to teach women/men that there is life after Domestic Abuse. 





In this episode, we discussed being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel after enduring domestic abuse or other traumatic experiences. Shermonica and I also discussed being able to properly parent her own children after all the trauma she has experienced and the benefits of therapy.
