As a species, we are going the way of the dodo bird; they’re extinct, that’s why you don’t know that name! Genocide, mass murder, annihilation, whatever we could do to remove our adversary (AKA our fellow man) from the face of the earth, has been done.. and so much more, and much worse. Humanity does not mean the same thing to every people..
