On today's episode, we chat with podcaster and author John Verner.  John grew up in a Christian home, pursued a Christian education via Moody Bible institute, and eventually left the faith after seeing the problematic nature of white evangelicalism in the United States. In 2019, He published his first book, "The Cult of Christianity" as a first step in addressing the subtle issues of this complex system.
