Ben inherited his great-grandfather's farm and, eager to start farming, quickly scattered seeds across the fields. However, his crops didn’t grow, and he eventually sold the land, believing it wasn't good for farming. A year later, he discovered the land flourishing with crops under new ownership. The new farmer explained that Ben's seeds hadn’t taken root because they weren’t planted deep enough or with proper preparation.
This story teaches an important lesson: success requires more than just effort or desire. Like seeds, dreams need deep planning, proper preparation, and care to take root and grow. Without this, success will be elusive.
