Episode description

A Conservative MP has warned there will be ‘no going back’ if the controversial assisted dying bill passes its second reading in Parliament.

Tory grandee Bernard Jenkin went on to tell Christopher Hope that MPs still on the fence should vote against the bill. He said: “I think what I'd be inclined to say, if you're in doubt, then you probably have to vote against. Because once this has been passed, there will be no going back. There's no jurisdiction that's reversed.”

Sit back, pour yourself a drink and join GB News' Political Editor Christopher Hope at his regular table in a Westminster pub where he will discuss the latest insider political intrigue and gossip with everyone from popstars to politicians. New episodes released every Friday.
