Marcos began his career in Police Records. While there, he overheard several coworkers chatting about going through the dispatcher training. He became obsessed, studied everything he could get his hands on, and even spent his days off sitting next to dispatchers in Communications to learn their job.

He went on the become a 911 call taker and finally, a dispatcher. Tune in, turn it up and hear the tales from the perspective on the other side of the mic!
