Stacey and I met through a mutual acquaintance. She served as a Police Officer and Detective, but some of the more poignant experiences she shared were from her time deployed at Ground Zero on 09/12/2001. She details her story in her book, "The Dust Never Settles," which is available at her website: StaceyGoodmanBook.com.

You'll hear the crazy way she decided she wanted to become a police officer, and then some of the awesome police work she did throughout her career. But her proudest, and most somber moments, come from the Post 9/11 deployment and another deployment years earlier at the TWA Flight 800 crash in 1996, just a few weeks after she graduated the academy and got out on her own as a solo officer.

Please welcome her to the squad and enjoy the ride!
